I'm a Psychologist and was an Australian Swimmer (#661) that has always had a passion for fashion (yes the cheesy pun was intended!). If you're wondering what the #661 means, it means that I was the six hundredth and sixty first person to ever qualify for the Australian Swim Team in history. The number does carry alot of pride and honour to me. After swimming, I pursued my dream career to become a registered Psychologist. My passion lies is in the complex cases, trauma and personality disorders (only to name a few). I've fallen in love with areas such as Family Violence and so many people show me what true strength and resiliency is. I feel privileged to be able to do the work that I do and truly love my job.
In saying that, this is a fashion blog and I've always loved to dress up at work and play with my style everyday (yes, I'm THAT person :P). I've always found pleasure in adding my personal style to any outfit. I do believe there is a significant amount of psychology behind the latest trends, what catches on and how fashion is received by others. I'll be putting my unique Psychologist perspective into Bespoke Rachel.
